GLORIA M. SANTOS (1922-2011)
was PHA President in 1971 and1972. She was the first woman president of the
PHA. She took her post graduate degree
in History and Education from Far Eastern University and Theology from Dorset
institute of Higher Learning in Weymouth, England. She served as PHA Executive
Director since 1980. In 2010 she retired as dean for external affairs of St.
Mary’s College, Quezon City.
