Co-sponsor of the National Conference on the Anniversary of the First Philippine Congress organized by the Center for Bulacan Studies of the Bulacan State University with the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP), and University of the Philippine Lipunang Pangkasaysayan (UP LIKAS).
